Who You Are Dealing With
We work on garage doors, full stop. Torsion and extension springs, openers, tracks, rollers, cables, and panel sections - that's the job, every day. No staff roster to recite and no anniversary to celebrate here, just the work in front of us.
Most of the houses we get called to went up between 1938 and 2007, with the bulk of that stock dating to the 1960s and 70s across the 29 named areas we cover. That matters because a door and opener from a 1968 build doesn't behave like one installed in 2005 - the hardware gauge, the spring sizing, even the headroom for a torsion bar can be different. We've seen enough of both eras to know which parts are still common and which ones you have to special-order.
One limitation worth saying plainly: if a door is old enough and worn enough that the track is bent, the drum is pitted, and the opener is on its last motor, we'll tell you replacement beats another round of patch repairs. We'd rather lose a repair ticket than sell you a fix that fails again in six months.
Where We Work
We're based at 360 Corporate Center Ct in Stockbridge, GA 30281, and we run calls out from there to the towns around us. Morrow and Jonesboro are both about 7 miles out, Bonanza, Lovejoy, Lake City, and Irondale sit around 8 miles, and Forest Park and Conley are close to 10. Farther out we still reach Hampton, Panthersville, Gresham Park, Hapeville, Candler-McAfee, Lithonia, Locust Grove, Redan, Belvedere Park, College Park, Avondale Estates, Experiment, Pine Lake, Druid Hills, Jenkinsburg, Scottdale, Stone Mountain, North Decatur, Clarkston, East Griffin, and Porterdale.
That's a wide service area, and the housing stock varies across it - some of these areas lean older, some newer, but the 1960s-70s band is the common thread across most of them. The winters here fall into a cold-moderate band, which is enough to stiffen grease in an old opener chain or make a weak spring finally let go on a cold morning. It's not hurricane country, but it's enough cold to matter for garage door hardware.
After You Call
Call (770) 230-6021 and tell us what the door is doing
Won't open, opener runs but nothing moves, spring snapped, door's off track. That tells us what to bring out before we ever leave the shop.
We're working across a service area with roughly 95,226 households and about 38,447 owner-occupied houses
With a median household income of $62,299. That's context, not a sales pitch - it tells us the kind of doors and openers we're likely dealing with on any given street, from older one-piece setups to newer sectional doors with modern openers.

We don't carry every part for every door on the truck at all times
Some hardware for the older end of that 1938-2007 range has to be ordered in, and we'll say so upfront instead of pretending otherwise. If it's a same-day part, we'll tell you that too. Either way you'll know what you're waiting on before we hang up.
